  • “24x7” / 365 day phone support (Ruckus Hotline Number)
  • Chat, Phone, Web, Forum support
  • Software updates and upgrades
  • Controller Advance Replacement - overnight priority delivery for replacements that are shipped within one business day. Advance Replacement for Access Points (indoor and outdoor) are also available as a separate contract. For installations with 10 or more APs of the same type, self-sparing may be a desirable option.
