Resolution

Symptoms
 If  unable to view tab/contents of Ruckus devices in Internet Explore 9 this is a Compatibility View issue

Workaround

The workaround is to try using a different browser like Firefox or Chrome, If want to use Internet Explore 9 then add the Ruckus IP address in compatibility view settings in Internet Explore 9

Adding IP address of the unit is Compatibility View settings:

To disable compatibility view in Internet Explorer 9, complete the following steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer 9.
  2. Click Tools (Alt+T) and you will see an option called Compatibility View Settings.
  3. Now add the IP address of the Ruckus unit and close.
  4. This should fix the issue.
Fix for Compatibility issue with IE9:

The Compatibility View issue with Internet Explore 9 has been fixed in 9.5 firmware and the browser is supported from this version.

Note: Before upgrading the unit to 9.5 please check the release notes of 9.5 and follow the upgrade path.
