Resolution

When you have not received the license file

> Check with your reseller or where the order was placed, to  see if they had received an email from Ruckus with the license file.

> If the order is placed recently and you have not received it then send an email to [email protected] with the Purchase Order (PO) and serial  number of the Zone Director.

> Make sure that your email address is provided to Ruckus at the time of placing the order -- that is the address the license is sent to. 

> If no response from [email protected] or if urgent then contact/send an email to [email protected]
